jungle safari swatches

jungle safari swatches, originally uploaded by mytinystar.

I'm loving spoonflower! The lovely little site where you can have your own fabric designs printed. Here is a swatch sampler of my Jungle Safari collection. I am going to make a whole nursery bedding set out of these prints, so check back. Have a great weekend!

You are nice. Famous? Hmmm, maybe famously nerdy!

very great stuff, Star. I want it. I heard there was a famous nerd living in Huntsville - that was you?

Man, so weird! Your comment on my blog is the magical disappearing comment! Haha. There's some glitch going on. When you click on the post to read the comment, all of a sudden there is no comment. ANYHOW. Thank you for the lovely compliment :)
xo.

I found you originally on Spoonflower, and googled you back here! Consider me a fan! I was curious enough to ask you if you have made a lot of money (or do they just give you credit) from other people who buy your designs on fabric there?

Hi Janelle,
Thanks for your comments. Spoonflower pays 10% of the purchase price to the designer. Not a whole lot, but it's something. It's just so fun to see my designs on fabric.

heya star! thank you for your comment on my template. i made it myself! it's a really simple design, but i'm still a little prouda me for working out the html. i'd so love to pick your brain sometime to figure out how to use photoshop and illustrator to create designs!
